UEFA EURO 2024 calculator: Try the qualification prediction simulator


The 17th edition of the European Championship, the most competitive continental tournament on the planet, kicked off in Germany on 14 June with 24 teams will play in eight stadiums in a series of duels to determine the best UEFA team.

It is for this reason that MARCA is offering a simulator to play with different options, probabilities and possible miracles with each and every one of the participating teams.

What are the groups for Euro 2024?

The groups for this summer’s Euro 2024 are as follows

Group A: Germany, Scotland, Hungary, Switzerland

Group B: Spain, Croatia, Italy, Albania

Group C: Denmark, Serbia, England, Slovenia

Group D: Poland, Netherlands, Austria, France

Group E: Belgium, Slovakia, Romania, Ukraine

Group F: Turkey, Georgia, Portugal, Czech Republic

Criteria for qualification:

  • The six group winners, the six runners-up and the four best third-placed teams will advance to the round of 16.
  • Highest number of points obtained in all group matches. If two or more teams in the group are tied on points:
  • Highest number of points obtained in the matches played between the teams in question.
  • Greater goal difference obtained in the matches played between the teams concerned.
  • Greater number of goals scored in the matches played between the teams concerned. If, after applying criteria B, C and D, there are still teams without a tie-breaker, the same criteria shall be repeated, taking into account only the matches played between them. If some teams are still inseparable, the same criteria shall be repeated taking into account only the matches played between them:
  • Greater goal difference in all group matches.
  • Highest number of goals scored in all group matches.
  • Lowest number of disciplinary points based on red and yellow cards received (red card = 3 points and yellow card = 1 point).
