Has a decision been made?
There is a question that raises a lot of speculation around Kylian, who is currently Paris Saint-Germain’s striker.
Will he or will he not leave the Parisian club? A question that Vasilyev, who has remained close to Mbappe’s entourage, answered on the Football Club Channel: “I would be surprised if he had not already made his decision.”
The former Russian manager says he has an idea of what could be Mbappe’s future: “He has always had the mentality of saying to himself: I am young and one day Real Madrid will come. He knows what he wants. But there is too much at stake to reveal the true intentions.”
Only Mbapp’s closest circle knows the answer
Although he signed Mbappe to his first professional contract when he was just 17, the Russian warned that doesn’t know much about the talks within his inter circle: “The conversations only take place in his inner circle.”
Kylian Mbappe finishes his contract with PSG in June 2024 and the striker is already free to sign for any club since January 1.
A decision he will have to make by the end of the season, if he hasn’t already made it as the former president of Monaco insinuates.
However, Mbappe denied any rumors on January 3 after winning the Trophe des Champions: “I have not made a decision. With the agreement I reached with the president this summer (in the summer of 2023), whatever my decision, we managed to protect all parties and preserve the serenity of the club for the challenges ahead, which remains the most important thing. So we’ll say it’s secondary.”
