David Beckham and Kylie Mbappe attended the NBA game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Brookyln Nets on Thursday night in Paris. The two sat courtside at the Accor Arena as they watched the Cleveland side secure a fairly comfortable 111-102 victory in front of 15,000 enthusiastic European fans.
There were plenty of other sporting stars present, too. In attendance also was Brazilian soccer legend Ronaldo, Mbappe’s teammate Gianluigi Donnarumma and the former NBA finals Most Valuable Player, Tony Parker.
Mbappe and Beckham meet before game, Real Madrid discussed?
The Kylian Mbappe transfer saga continues to dominate headlines. The Frenchman’s future still very much in the air and with his contract up this summer, he’ll have to make him mind up soon. Currently, there seem to be two principal options: PSG and Real Madrid.
David Beckham, who played for both clubs during his illustrious career, was spotted speaking to the current PSG man after the team’s morning training session on Thursday. There has been plenty of speculation as to whether Mbappe’s future was discussed but even if that was the case, there’s no doubt that it would be kept under wraps.
After PSG’s French Super Cup victory last week, the striker affirmed that right now he is very much focused on PSG. He also admitted he had not come to a concrete decision about his future.
“First of all, I am very, very, very motivated for this year. It is very important. As I said, we have titles to chase and we’ve already won one, so that’s already done. After that, no, I haven’t made a decision yet,” he said.
